Renowned albanologist Dardan Gashi's father and father-in-law Halil Matosh dies

Albanologist Skender Gashi has died Thursday afternoon.

Gashi, born in 1942 in Mramor, Pristina, is known as one of the diligent scholars of albanology. Doctored in the sausage where he defended the dissertation thesis for the names of Albanians during the X centuries IV-XV, according to Serbian church sources. This year, KOHA publications have published their work “The Albanian tribe institution, in light of omomastics”. In this publication, the author learns that in the light of the omomastic and linguistic data released even some segment that would relat to the idea that the medieval tribal institution, such as the social-juridical formation based on the blood connection on the male line, can have that sense and social force in our day.
