Rama, however, has spoken Thursday evening at Shkodra, in his party's rally, but an organisation that sparked reactions in this town, where Mayor Voltana Ademi and other citizens clashed with police.

They're in trouble. It's Albania's new hanupals, who say as long as we have Voltana we don't ask for the US or anybody, said Rama, repeating that the June 30th elections will be held.

He has said he will not free the way for those who today are hampering Albania.
