The prosecution initiates investigations into publication of wiretapping by R.B.

The Supreme Criminal Court of Tirana's “Procurory has launched investigations into published media data on cases investigated by the Prosecutor at the First Criminal Court”, the report said.

It is learned that the investigations initiated mainly aim to reveal, the reasons for the illegal publication of these hearings belonging to the number 339 issue.

The prosecution will carefully follow the case by committing concrete actions to clarify the case.

It becomes known that the subject of the investigation into the investigative secret will be prosecutors and judicial police officers who have carried out investigative action for what is known as “File 339”.

This includes the General Prosecution File Center. The Tirana prosecution will request information from the Prosecutor's Office for the investigative group that follows the case and has access to this file.

In the days following after the information administration, prosecutors and officers who have committed operations with Dosjen 339 will be questioned.
