Kosovo's Correcting Service, announces public opinion, that the prisoner's life has changed, with initial M. M, born 1981. His death has been reported today around 05:15 by the Kosovo Police.
The prisoner in question, based on the legislation in effect, had a right to exploit the benefits and was exploiting two days of regular weekends at home, from 05.06,2019 to 07.06,2019.
The same man was serving his sentence at the Smreconica Correcting Centre and was convicted of the secret and illegal crime.
Kosovo Police are taking the case.
