The three heads of state that were part of Yugoslavia believe that the greatest responsibility in the bloody Balkan wars in the 1990s came due to the refusal of discussions on a political agreement that would find an alternative for the Yugoslav federation to cease existing, Danas reports, broadcast the Express.
And all three of these state leaders said those words during the joint meeting in Bosnia and Herzegovina's town of Konjic. They held the meeting in an underground “ ” tunnel that served during the war for civilian passage.
The meeting, held to remind of the dramatic situation of the recent war in Bosnia and Croatia.
Mesic is the former president of Croatia, who was also a member of the last meeting of the Yugoslav Presidency, Dizdarevic has been president of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the last one goes to war, while Kucan is Slovenia's first president and chairman of Slovenia's Communist League.
