“Today around 3:30, police have received information that “street Rrustem Statovci” in Pristina, smoke coming out of two objects. Immediately after receiving this information, all necessary police units, firefighters as well as medical teams have emerged at the scene. After the evacuation of residents, police jointly with other relevant factors are working with increased intensity to clarify all the circumstances under which the case has occurred”, said Flora Ahmeti, police spokeswoman for the Pristina region.
On this occasion a person has been accompanied by the police.
Based on the first results of the investigation, as well as those of the investigation of the scene, there is a suspicion that smoke may have been caused by a human factor, exactly by suspected persons who have been illegally working on electrical cables and power units, which are located in buildings in question.
