Kosovo with friends wins battle at World Customs Organisation
Today the World Customs Organization's annual meeting ended. The efforts of Serbia, Russia and China to block Kosovo from exercising its rights as a member failed.
Kosovo participated in all votes, approved annual financial contribution and had the full and equal right to speak and participate in all activities.
This is a success for Kosovo's position on the international stage and another argument that Kosovo's independence and status as an equal member of the international community is a closed issue.
I am grateful to the Kosovo delegation and our friends for the powerful fight in protecting our membership and preventing the dirty scenarios of Serbia and Russia.
