The decision that published “Koha Ditore” says Idriz is suspended from work and pay duty for the period 3 months.
Idriz, in a statement to the newspaper, has said it is a revenge against him and that he will follow all legal ways.

We remember that Idrizi denounced Minister Bytyqi to police Thursday for physical threat.
According to him, on Wednesday he was physically threatened by Bytyqi after refusing to sign a document, as he says, illegal as the minister had asked him to.
It's a legal opinion that the August Agency of Discension requested days ago since the Foreign Agency complaint Commission had accredited research programmes by obtaining the board's competencies.
Idrizi has said the opinion had not been written by his office but had been sent by the minister's cabinet just to sign it. According to him, since lawyers in his office have observed that the document is not based on law, it has had to be changed, and that says he has not liked the minister.
Minister Bytyqi had denied the paper that he threatened Idriz, but had not indicated whether the document he asked Idriz to sign was illegal.
