Democratic League of Kosovo MP Avdullah Hoti, in a brief interview for Periscope has refused to respond to MP Milaim Zeka's accusations, since he named him the most responsible of the chaotic situation in Kosovo. Hoti said there's nothing he can say about MP Zeka until he [...]
In this interview, Hoti says that 28 signatures for the collapse of the Government have been reconfirmed so far, and that he hopes they will soon finalise the issue.

Read fully the short interview with Hoti:
Periscope: Mr. Hoti, Kosovo Parliament deputy Milaim Zeka, in an interview given to the media today, has named you one of the main responsible for the chaotic situation Kosovo is currently in. How did you comment on his statement?
Avdullah Hoti: I have no comment on such statements. I don't want to comment on them.
Periscope: Which is the reason for noncompliance. He's accusing you directly as one of the primary responsibilities for this situation?
Avdullah Hoti: No comment. I have extended the invitation to all deputies of the Kosovo Assembly. All those who disagree with this government, let them bring the signatures to the offices of the LDK's parliamentary group, at the moment we make 61 signatures we will proceed.
Periscope: Mr. Zeka even publicly announced that I will vote for the collapse of government. Is there no longer the condition that 60 votes be made so that he can vote?
Avdullah Hoti: And he's welcome, let him sign a list for the government's crash motion and bring him to the offices of LDK?
Periscope: Mr Hoti, how's the question of a no-confidence motion against Haradinaj Government? Are you also lobbiing for the security of other MPs who can be unhappy with Haradinaj's government?
Avdullah Hoti: 58 signatures. We have reconfirmed it once again, have we agreed on the motion text and invited all MPs to disagree with this form of government to bring the signatures?
Periscope: When can 61 be reached?
Avdullah Hoti: Let's see. I can't give you a deadline. What's clear is that this Government is practically dysfunctional. The Assembly is unstable. The Speaker of the Parliament today invited the heads of parliamentary groups to a consultative meeting how the Assembly meeting can be held. I made it clear that this coalition is standing in power undemocraticly, not legislation because there is no parliamentary majority, but these are insisting?
Periscope: Mr. Hoti, could the current government be blamed over the EU Council of Ministers' comments on visas and taxes. Tax removal required?
Avdullah Hoti: I do not know the details of the Council of Ministers' statement, but what is clear, and what the country's prime minister has to take responsibility for is the obstacles he has made since 2016, which today we would have this issue, the free movement of citizens. His actions and then violent opposition have brought the country into this state of isolation.
Periscope: Do the LDK (LDK) consider itself guilty of this situation as a party that has ruled for several years?
Avdullah Hoti: Never. We have fulfilled all the criteria that were before for liberalisation except for the demarcation agreement, which today's prime minister's violent actions have not allowed it to pass.. / P ERISCOPIA
