Kosovo, Slovenia ready for farm co-operation

Pristina, June 07th 2019, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development Dijana Zivic has hosted today at a meeting of Slovenia's ambassador to Kosovo, Bojan Bertonelj, with whom she has discussed agricultural and rural development, as well as the ministry's development programmes for this year.
Minister Zivic, during this meeting, has informed her of some of the agricultural projects that are envisioned to be realised during her mandate, and in this case stressed her commitment to foreign partners in order to exchange experiences in developing agricultural sectors. She expressed her readiness to continue co-operation with Slovenia to exchange agricultural experiences, with the aim of advancing further the sector.
For his part, Ambassador Bojan Bertoncej praised the current reports between the two countries and expressed its readiness for further co-operation between the two countries, stressing in this case also its readiness for support in implementing various agricultural projects between the Slovenian state and MBPHR. On this occasion, the ambassador invited the minister for an official visit to Slovenia to attend the inter-ministerial meeting, to be held in this state in August of this year.
