Kosovo has no recognition since one year Hyseni says Pacolli has failed diplomacy

Former foreign affairs minister Skender Hyseni has indicated why Kosovo diplomacy has failed in this area.

Hyseni has said that Kosovo has neither the minister nor the foreign minister, as well as this diplomacy is out of order.

“It's an outlined diplomacy. And that's not the fault of diplomats scattered around the world. His minister and cabinet have the main responsibility. They have no instructions on how to operate around the world. MPJs have no basic knowledge that diplomats should be sent daily instructions on what they should do on all plains, such as recognitions, as military and police diplomacy. There is a total lack of work for this ministry”, former diplomat Hyseni added.
