During the past year, construction of the Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital has begun under the framework of the Kosovo Clinical and University Centre, yet even though the construction of this hospital is expected to be completed in 2020, there is still no pediatric cardiosurgeon in Kosovo, Zeri writes.
