Institutions Finance Nongovernmental Organisations Twice for Same Activity

Although regulation for the criteria, standards and procedures for granting subsidies stresses that the applicant must not have accepted means from other sources of funding for the same activity, the Kosovo Assembly and the Office for Committee Affairs of the Prime Minister's Office ( ZKM's ZKKK has subsidised an NGO worth about 10 thousand euros for activity: “Intensification of new Gorani”, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The Assembly has subsidised it on May 14th last year with 4.995 euros, while ZKM's ZCK, on December 20, 2018, with the amount of 5 thousand euros.
The same has happened to activity: “Promising cultural diversity and dialogue”. An NGO has been subsidised with 3,980 euros from the MKRS, while from ZCK the same organisation and for the same activity has received another 15 thousand euros.
