Hoxha: Offer a Second Home and Security to Refugees

On the International Day of Refugees, European Integration Minister Gift Hoxha has recalled the time when many Kosovars were displaced during 1999.

Recalling this time, Minister Hoxha has expressed solidarity with refugees, writes the news.net.

In a post in her official profile on the social Facebook network, Hoxha wrote that, remembering the suffering of Kosovo citizens in 1999, we should offer secondary homes and refugee security.

Express my sincere solidarity with all refugees today who are deprived of their fundamental right to dignified life in their homeland.

This solidarity brings us back for two decades to remember with profound pain the citizens of my country who were driven out of their own shelters, only because they were of another nationality by the conqueror.

Past days as refugees are the worst days for the citizens of our country, so this day we remember the suffering of refugees in the world to provide secondary homes and safety for refugees.
