Haradinaj today meets with Chancellor Merkel

As Haradinaj himself stated, this meeting is aimed at deepening relations between Kosovo and Germany.

“Trust-based co-operation is necessary in Kosovo's path to economic development, European integration and in the area of security. Germany continues to be one of Kosovo's main partners, and their support is vital in achieving our common goals”, Haradinaj said.

In addition to Chancellor Merkel, Haradinaj is expected to meet with the chairman of Bundestag, Willfng Schauble, deputies of all parliamentary groups and is expected to participate in the “international meetings” as in the morning prayer in Berlin.

Otherwise, Prime Minister Haradinaj has arrived in Berlin during yesterday, where he was hosted by military ceremonies.

He is accompanied by Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli.
