The country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, has met with Slovakia's Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajcak today.
Haradinaj has made this known through a Facebook post, while writing that Slovakia opposes the exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia.
Haradinaj at this meeting has also asked the Slovak top diplomat for recognition of Kosovo.
What is noted in photos published by Haradinaj is that he has met Lajcak without state symbols, as is common in official meetings at this level.
This is Haradinaj's Facebook post:
Mornings working with Slovakia's foreign minister, even leader of the OSCE, Miroslav Lajić, with whom we discussed bilateral and political relations between the two countries, co-operation with the O Mission The SEU in Kosovo, as well as strengthening relations between the two states, especially on the common Euro-Atlantic road. I thanked Minister Lajciak for his clear stand against the exchange of territories and stressed that the recognition of Kosovo by all EU member states, especially Slovakia, is a direct contribution to the security and stability of the entire region.
