This facility is under the management of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP).

But, Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti says they have earned the right to return the parcel to the municipality's property after they paid it off. AKP's half the money for drilling, KTV reports.

Ahmeti says they're not against the museum, but, like Komuna, they can assign another location. He has said that already in the cadastra, the property is on behalf of the Pristina municipality.

Timevision has asked The AKP if the object has officially been passed over to the municipality, but the agency has not provided details.

He has only said that on this issue, the AKP has close co-operation with central and local institutions.

“Sic, you know, the Kosovo Privatisation Agency is the independent agency that was founded by the Assembly of Kosovo and monitored and reported to the Kosovo Assembly. The agency co-operates closely with the central and local institutions of our Republic and respects the demands and decisions of institutions dealing with public interest, always adhering to the laws in force. Even in this case, the Agency confirms the close co-operation it has with our institutions for the general good of”, it is said in a response by the AKP.

Chief Parliamentary Veselin has said this museum will serve as a centre for the record of crimes and will play a role in preparing charges against the suspected Serbs.
