The Kosovo delegation was presented by Kosovo Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Avni Arifi, chief of staff of Prime Minister Haradinaj and Michael O'Riley, former Haradinaj's lawyer.
And for the first time, they have spoken from the European Union.
Maja Kocijanciq, spokeswoman for EU high representative Federica Moghrini, has not provided details concerning the secret dinner in Berlin, but has added that the EU welcomes France and Germany's efforts to resume dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
“We support and welcome the efforts of France and Germany to promote the full relaunch of EU-launched talks. The questions about the meeting should be sent to them”, Kocijanciq said of the news.net.
The country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, had said that for this meeting he had informed both coalition partners and other actors, including the Negotiator Team.
However, such a Haradinaj statement differed with the co-chairman of the Dialogue Team, Shpend Ahmeti, given news.net, in which it clarified there was no information about such a meeting.
