Donald and Melanie Trump arrive in Britain

Air Force One landed at Stansted Airport just before 0900 local time.

Trump will meet with royal family members and is expected to discuss climate change, as well as Chinese technology company Huawei, during talks with outgoing prime minister, Theresa May.

Before the visit Trump criticised the chairman of London, Sadik Khan, with whom he had crashed in the past.

He said that Khan who earlier said that the Great Britain should not lay the red carpet for Trump” He's a heartless loser and still awaits his visit to London.

Protests are planned throughout the United Kingdom during the visit.
