Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has said co-operation with Kosovo does not imply that Serbia should recognise its independence.
“Now for us it's more important to find a compromise, which cannot be imposed only on Serbia, cannot be told Serbia that you just need to know Kosovo with its territory, this is not compromising”, Dachic said, Serbian media report, Perskopi conveys.
The Serbian foreign minister has said it is not Serbia that is setting conditions for continuing dialogue, adding that it has been the steps Kosovo has taken that have been unable to continue it.
He has also said it is not true that the United States is involved in dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, led by the European Union.
Until now, we have no indication that the format of dialogue has changed or that other states are involved in it. It would be very difficult for the U.S. to get involved, it would be very unrealistic, Dachic said. /Periscope.
