As in the past, the reasons why Friday's session has failed relate to the absence of a portion of the accused. Legally, a court hearing cannot be held unless all the accused are in the hall. The five accused missing in this session are: Florjan Petani, Adem Koskovik, Fadil Ahmeti, Hasan Shaqiri and Beg Shaqiri.
According to juro chairman Naim Krasniqi-Jashnica, there is no rationale for the three accused not participating in the session.
