Clinton's arrival in Kosovo confirmed, delivering speech at Central Rally

It is even stressed that Bill Clinton will only join the people of Kosovo in marking 20 years of freedom, he will also give a speech at the Central Rally for marking this 20 years.
During 1999, the United States led by former President Clinton has been the main performers in the decision to shell the former Yugoslavia by the continental NATO Alliance that the world was led by famous US General Wesley Clark.
This is the fourth time Bill Clinton has visited Kosovo.

On June 12th, 2019, Kosovo marks the 20th anniversary of NATO troops' entry. We are marking this historic anniversary of Kosovo together with our friends and allies with whom we share the values of peace, freedom and democracy. At the same time, we are honoring our past and our vision of lasting peace.
Former President of the United States Bill Clinton will join the people of Kosovo in marking 20 years of freedom, and will give a speech to the Central Rally for the 20th anniversary of NATO's entry into Kosovo.
