Citaku: We are grateful to UNMIK, but Kosovo already rules itself

The UN Security Council of New York is discussing the UN Secretary General's report on UNMIK's work on the period from January 16th to May 15th of this year.
During her speech, Citaku said resources exploited by UNMIK in Kosovo would be much more useful for any other country, as the world is full of problems.
She said Kosovo is already able to govern itself, without having any need for UNMIK, therefore the continuation of this body in the Republic of Kosovo is no longer needed.
“Sic is aware of all of you -- the independence of Kosovo is the project of decolonisation. The situation in Kosovo in 2019 is much different from what was 290 years ago when an enemy. Kosovo is no longer in a state of crisis. Our country has made many numerous efforts and is increasingly becoming more integrated into the international community. We are very grateful to W NMIC for what he did in the first decade after the war, we simply don't see a reason to continue to be in Kosovo. U n NMIK is no longer an administrative mission because Kosovo's Government itself. Can anyone in this room tell me what is UNMIK's business today in Kosovo. With so many issues facing people around the world, I am sure that resources used in Kosovo can be very well exploited elsewhere”, Citaku said at the UN Security Council”, Citaku said at the Security Council meeting.
