Caring for Syria-turned children, challenge for Kosovo institutions

Security institutions in Kosovo are considering the challenge of co-existence among mothers and children who returned to Kosovo months ago from conflict areas in Syria.

This concern has been raised Tuesday during a table organised by the Commission for Internal Affairs, on the topic of “the integration of Kosovo citizens returned from Syria”. Representatives of various institutions have been present, writes today “Koha Ditore”.

In general, institutional officials have said the integration process of this category will take time. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education has declared that children will receive needed education and education.

Major Blerim Rama, who heads the anti-terrorism Directorate in the Kosovo Police, has said that following the return of Kosovo citizens from Syria, they are facing some challenges.
