Bahtiri urges Minister Bytyqi dismissal of staff leaders of Mitrovica University

Bahtiri has written on Facebook that the international expert group recommended the closure of Mitrovica University “Isa Boletini” I've had a lot of concern, since Mitrovica really needs to have her own university.

“I seek from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Shyqiri Bytyqi, to take the necessary actions and decisions for the dismissal of the entire staff of the University of Mitrovica and to temporarily appoint a leading staff with a responsible reactor for a transitional period until necessary appointments are made according to standard procedures by respecting the highest criteria, which will enable UMIB's successful work development and good youth studies. Up to this state of UMIB has come after it is led by non-professional people who have come there with political influence. So, people who have lost power with my arrival at the head of the municipality have taken refuge there and the situation they have made this university is already seen how serious it is. I knew it would come to this state, since I've reacted to some smell of mismanagement and misuse in UMIB, but that my reactions have run into deaf ears. Now is the last time I react and take concrete MAST. Therefore, the entire governing staff must immediately be removed with the current reactor at the top and thus pave the way for a proven management that will restore the dignity of Mitrovica University”, he wrote on Facebook.
