According to Idrizi, the minister threatened him because he refused to sign a document that, he says, was not based on law.
It's a legal opinion that the August Agency of Accreditation called for days earlier after the AKA's complaint commission, through certain decisions it had made, annulled the decisions of the Agency Board, which had rejected certain institutions.
Idrizi filed the indictment Thursday after claiming that on Wednesday the minister physically threatened him. Kosovo Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, has confirmed that police are currently being taken away with this case.
