Analysing phase begins, Kosovars complain of high prices

Gashi has said the agreement also includes packaged internet, but has an additional fee for the UK. He said there is already a regional agreement on the removal of the RV, and that by July 1st, the prices for roaming will be released even with Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

Meanwhile, Kosovo operators have also begun to respect the Rourming Agreement with Albania's operators.
