Peja's Constitutional Prosecutor has filed charges against the defendant, the U.S.G., for the criminal act “the murder of the Rand”.

The defendants of the S.G. and I.C. are also charged that in the upper company, contrary to the gun law, they have held weapons of type “Beretta” and “Blow TR”, two clips of high-scored pistols and 12 (dwelve) bullets”.

With these actions, there is strong suspicion that defendants have fulfilled the elements of criminal acts described as high.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts being charged.
