State Minister for Disaster Management Bhanwar Lal Meghwal has asked why organisers have not stopped electricity since the weather has been rainy.
An investigation into the incident is currently under way.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has named the incident <x0-fat negative” on Sunday, saying his prayers go to the families of the affected.
