Xhavit Haliti to Periscope: There's a special war going on against me and Wessel. I've never met those people.

Haliti has told Periscope that all reports that have been made for him have been insinuate to harm and degrade him and Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Kadri Veseli.

The deputy head of the Assembly says he has never heard of these people, until he publishes this case, until he adds that none of them have ever had a chance to meet or drink coffee with him.

I'm telling you that all that's written in the media, including KTV, are insinuates to hurt and degraded injured people. In this case, it is politically an attempt to degrade Xhavit Halit of Kadri Wessel. The point is that who reads their act, we can't be, I'm talking to the first person, I can't be attached, nor should I be because I don't know any of that group. If one of them ever had a chance to drink coffee with me, or talk to me once, then all of them. I'm the damaged party, I'm hurt because they've misbehaved my name in their own culinary dilemmas”, Haliti said of Periscope.

On the other hand, he shows that he had heard about his misuse of his name years earlier.

And for that, it shows how he filed charges with the police.

The moment I found out about this, that someone is mentioning my name, I handed over the indictment to the police. Not in 2015 since I'm reading it, but I believe the indictment was in 2012, or 2013. I'm not sure exactly. I had information that my name is being misused. All the data I've taken on private streets I've taken to the police, either for names I've known. To be honest, I've never even seen Hashim beating, except this time he went to The Hague. I didn't even know who he was, or who he was in the war, I thought he was some kind of a rogue ordinner and I took him to the police. Then the investigators interviewed me in my office. I told them what it was like, from whom I got all the data. They were all written. I got a piece on the phone with some old messages, and they got all the cops. Then the subject went to the DA. In this case, I'm a citizen. My indictment or information is entrusted to the bodies of my country. In this case, the Department of Serious Crimes in the Police, and then serious crimes have prosecuted the subject at Prosecutor”, Haliti has declared for Periscope.

Now, he demands responsibility from the prosecution for stopping this subject, which he says should be prosecuted for the entire chain that has affected the case and has allowed it to be misused for political purposes.

Who stopped the subject is a problem. I believe that the entire chain which has influenced this subject from prosecution should be prosecuted. If something like that were true, I'd be prepared differently, I'd say otherwise, since I'm a voted representative of the people. It is an insult to the citizens, and to the people, and to those who voted on me, to represent in the Kosovo Assembly, if I were involved in these issues. This is a media instrumentization, paid, sponsored, but I don't know from who. To accuse the victim, that happens to us. Analyze who is the victim in this case. Have they ever been asked if they are involved in this matter of corruption, not of guilty people, as you say. Corruption is a quest for money. Someone asked for money in my Kadri name to allow for sale. I don't know who bought”, he said away.

Haliti for Periscope has clarified that this is not the first time his name has been misused by various frauds, for evil purposes.

But he adds that in this case the opinion would have to be really informed.

I've had other cases where people or frauds have misused my name. This is not the first time. In this case, however, opinion must be really informed. If anyone likes Xhavit Haliti, or Kadri Veseli, let's get him down politically and with arguments, but apply us in the criminal group's case, first and last, because they've recorded each other, file maybe to blackmail us. But tell him you got involved in a file, someone who didn't get involved in that job. No one has ever said that Xhavit Haliti has been blaming. No one can say that I gave them or took them with money. I'm not part of any group. why this pathological hatred of the two PDK figures, especially recently.”, Haliti has declared.

He says he has often been the target of media attacks or different policies for 40 years, so he no longer gets impressed with such false accusations.

Wessel's party deputy leader says it is not his duty to investigate who has misused the case.

But, he says he expects actual investigation by state bodies entrusted to him at the moment he submitted the indictment.

I don't have a duty to get rid of cases, but bodies of state. If there are police inspectors, if there's a senior Judiciary Council, if there's a Prosecutorial Council, it's going to need an emergency, self-cleaning, why this subject that has to do with crime of high economic and political levels, especially with political figures, why they're fearing”, Haliti said in this interview for Periscope.

Yesterday a video was published in the media in which Rexhepi and Hashimi were seen receiving 50 thousand euros from Dallaku to send Halit. The plan was reportedly to be delivered to a total of 120 thousand euros for signing the contract for hospital construction in downtown Pristina, more precisely in the spaces of the Kosovo University Clinical Centre (QKUK).

At this point, the name of PDK chairman Kadri Wessel was mentioned, reportedly receiving 200 thousand euros for the signing of that hospital contract.

Wessel had responded immediately to these reports, and at a media conference he had warned the resignations if he proved to be involved in that criminal relationship.

So has the MP. The PDK, Hajdar Beqa, who last night said he does not recognise businessmen involved in this criminal relationship, and would resign if his involvement was confirmed.

Meanwhile, with suspicion of committing criminal acts, impeachment, obligation and fraud, Pristina's Constitutional Court has assigned 30 days of detention to Ismet Osmani, known as “Curri”, Ilir Boyka, Mentor Maqani and Adil Thaqi.

But the court has rejected the prosecution's request for the appointment of the detention measure for a month to beat Hashimi, who even in broadcast videos is seen counting money.
