Democracy in Action at a media conference has announced that the election process for mayors: Northern Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Zvecan and Zubin Potok, has gone smoothly.

According to DnV, the exit of citizens to the polls by 1600 was 35%.

DnV has indicated that compared to the 2017 elections, the arrival of citizens in the election was greater.

DnV representative Shpend Emini at a media conference listed all irregularities, which they claim have gone outside the regular election process.

“We can state that the voting process by 4: 00 p.m. has gone smoothly, in addition to some irregularities cited by our field observers. If we look at all these irregularities, which were reported by 4:00. The family vote is counted 23 locations in the four municipalities where the elections are being held. The complaint has had this time and again about the voters' list. From the information we have from the field, six cases of voter list problems were reported. There were five voting cases outside the cabin. These were reported in several northern municipalities. And there have been 2 cases of double voting these have been recorded one in the municipality of North Mitrovica and one in the Leposaviqi in the village of Kostunica”, Emini said.
