He has said the event in Kostunica was a rally, not an election convention, and when he proposed that election procedures be carried out, all in attendance have wanted to vote, many without delegates.
He told KTV he left the rally after the incident and was unaware that someone was arrested.
News of the clash and arrested persons has confirmed the Police Major in Ferizaj, Mehmetali Hajdini.
I can confirm that four people have been arrested so far and another suspected person is currently on KKUK for additional health treatment”, Hajdini said.
He has added that on the basis of the State Prosecutor's guidelines we are still in the course of investigation into the fact that there are others involved in this physical clash.
Days earlier there had been an LDK clash in Mitrovica.
