Serbia bans ATK official Marjan Gjota for 48 hours

Suspects that he has committed the criminal act of terrorism, Djoko, has been banned this Sunday at the border point between Croatia and Serbia, KTV reports.
According to the laws of the former Yugoslavia, Article 115, which speaks of terrorisation respectively, it is said that “anyone who causes explosion, fire or any other dangerous action by hostile motives against RSPJs, or committed any act of violence that could create a sense of uncertainty in citizens or a group of citizens, should be sentenced to prison no less than 5 years”.
Foreign Ministry officials say they are monitoring the case through the liaison office in Belgrade and are in constant contact with the Gjonaj family.
Liridon Llapashtica, political adviser to the MPJ, has said that they have asked Serbia to stop this form of abuse of Kosovo citizens.
While Minister Behgjet Pacolli himself, through a letter to the European Union for Foreign Affairs High Representative Federica Mogher, has complained about the ongoing arrests of Kosovo citizens.
And that ATK official, Marjan Gjota, was not part of the Kosovo war, has confirmed also the president of the KLA's OVL, Hysni Gucati.
He, through the phone, said they looked at the lists, but the name of the chest isn't on these lists.
