Scientists have raised tensions in the battle of sex over air - conditioning in the office by finding that women's brains function better at higher temperatures.
Men, on the other hand, work better when the temperature is colder according to the study published in the newspaper PLOS One, reports The Guardian, translates Periscope.
At higher temperatures, women perform best in mathematical and verbal tasks, while the opposite is true of men.
For women, rising performance in high temperatures was “significantly higher” than lower performance in men.
Our findings suggest that the jobs of both gender workers can increase productivity by placing the thermostat higher than in the current standard,” says the study. /Periscope
