SBASKU again blocks the replacement, this week complains at the Appeal

This, after last week the Constitutional Court rejected the SBSF indictment against the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology's decision (MASHT) to compensate for lost hours, writes today “Koha Ditore”.

Under the Constitutional Act, the August decision to compensate hours is fair and aimed at developing students' education and their social and professional skills.

Until the Court of Appeals reviews the SBASK complaint and issues a final decision, the August decision on replacing hours is considered suspended and until then the replacement of hours cannot be realised.
