SBASKU again blocks the replacement, this week complains at the Appeal

Within this week the United Education, Science and Culture Union of Kosovo (SBASHK) will file a complaint with the Court of Appeals over the decision to replace lost hours during the strike. This, after last week the Constitutional Court rejected the SBSF indictment against the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology's decision (MASHT) to compensate for lost hours, writes today “Koha Ditore”.

Under the Constitutional Act, the August decision to compensate hours is fair and aimed at developing students' education and their social and professional skills.

Until the Court of Appeals reviews the SBASK complaint and issues a final decision, the August decision on replacing hours is considered suspended and until then the replacement of hours cannot be realised.
