Rudar: IF I gave you responsibility for failing the knowledge race, the tests had arrived in Podujevo the day before

Kosovo Democratic Party Assembly in the Podujevo municipality, Fatmir Rudari, through a publication on the social network “Facebook” has raised its concern over the failure of the knowledge race that was previously held in this municipality as well as others reports Periscope. Rudari wrote that this race was organized [...]
Rudari wrote that some 19 thousand students and over a thousand teachers were organized for the competition but that tests were not brought to schools.
According to him, these tests were allegedly accepted after 4: 00 p.m. by the guards of the Podujevo Municipal Assembly one day before the race. The same were not distributed to schools by the Podujevo Education Directorate.
On the other hand, Rudari writes that the race of knowledge is a good opportunity for students to test and learn more.
Rudari's full response:
What happened to the Winter Race in the Podujevo municipality?
As we all know, on May 11 of this year, the day on which the country's Winter Race was to be held was also scheduled and planned in the Podujevo municipality.
In Podujevo, then, about 19,000 students and over 1,000 teachers were organized to maintain this race of knowledge.
On the appointed day, educators have appeared at school facilities along with students holding the test, but despite long expectations, tests had not been brought to schools, although in the absence of teaching tests together with students have been forced to go home without knowledge of the failure of the race yet to begin.
This was a voluntary contest for students, although their interest and participation were extremely high. We even now in our municipality didn't understand why this race failed.
The Municipal Education Directorate (DKA) in Podujevo had not announced school principals at all about such failures, and this lack of transparency and until now no notice is believed to be a ping-pong game of party policy resulting; the central government “resorting to engagements to municipal governments, though these are the latest from fear of political points where they were not in line with the central government to fail in this contest”, from all this political game, from which the students had a share, despite some remarks from some parental councils at the level.
The unconfirmed information that now circulates is that in the Podujevo municipality, tests were accepted after 1600 by the Podujevo Communist Assembly guard the day before the race, so for not sharing school tests, I must give clarifications and responsibilities to students, teachers, parenting councils and all citizens of Podujevo - Yeah.
The Diuria race was a good opportunity for students to test and learn more, completely with the aim of motivating and promoting additional learning by being rewarded by discerning students.
