In May 1999, a planned crime of Serbian power occurs in the Dubrava prison. This maximum security prison, during the recent war in Kosovo, is also used by Serbia's police, military and paramilitary forces. Since Serbian power had information that this complex will be bombed, Albanian political prisoners are brought in from various prisons in Serbia and Kosovo. The goal was clear: for them to be killed by NATO bombs and by Serb forces themselves, then to blame the Western alliance.

There will be the most extreme crimes that can best be described in the words of Mustafe Kolgeci, one of the survivors of this massacre: “No writer, no poet, no director who can illustrate those horrors. There were times when death, compared with life in prison, seemed much better”.
