The Paris summit comes after the Berlin Summit, held April 29th at the invitation of German Chancellor Angela Merkel and France's President Emmanuel Macron.
At the Paris meeting, where the heads of institutions will participate in the face of representatives from Belgrade, the negotiating team for talks with Serbia is also expected to participate.
Political issue recogniser Behlul Beqaj says the meeting in Paris will have to be understood as continuing to try to keep the dialogue going, meaning tax removal and the idea for border correction.
According to him, it is important what aim will unanimously protect Kosovo politicians there, in the context of efforts to open up the possibility of continuing dialogue.
Given these levels of non-unity, Beqaj says the odds are that even the Paris meeting will not have expected success. According to him, there is enough time to consider the topics that are discutable, with the aim of reaching a unanimous both within Kosovo and internationals.
Beqaj considers that if the Paris meeting fails to succeed, then it could deepen destabilisation, and the new way to resolve the Kosovo-Serbia problem will be sought.
At the Democratic Institute of Kosovo, they continue to call for the construction of a political consensus, which they think is central.
Life Krasniqi from this institute says a unique position should be built in Kosovo, to know what Kosovo requires from the dialogue process, and what should be pushed forward at the negotiating table.
