Farage reportedly refused to leave the car just days after it was covered by banana bark and milk cream in Newcastle.
Three young men, dressed in black in the head, had been discovered in the crowd as the bus arrived at Rochester on Wednesday.
Someone had said that masked youths had milk cream on them, so politician Farage was told not to get off the bus.
The leader of the Brex party reportedly had stepped out of the car earlier, but had not made much effort to greet supporters with fear.
Farage had gone to Kent to visit Dartford, Womensen and Rochester before Thursday's EU elections.
It seems that this politician's safety so far has been at the right level, this after he was attacked with milk cream during a speech in Newcastle during Monday.
