Lights out a few minutes ago, he left for The Hague, where he is expected tomorrow on 21 May to testify to events that occurred during the recent war in Kosovo, news reports.
Shortly before leaving for The Hague, he has spoken about news.net, where he said he is traveling without a lawyer
We're going to report to Special Bureau tomorrow at 09:00. I travel alone and without a lawyer”, Rutcway said.
By contrast, Ndekaj is co-ordinator of Remzi Shala, who is also invited by the Special, but has fled Kosovo and has refused to respond to this court's invitation.
