At home during Kosovo's search, they have found and seized weapons and drugs. The arrested Kosovar has been identified as the 23-year-old Shkelmer, BalkanWeb reports.

Based on information obtained on the operational route, the Research Department in Special Operations and Research Task Force Sector, in co-operation with Crime Investigation Section For Life at the Tirana Local Police Directorate, in co-operation and with Interpol Tirana finalised police operation “Fitness<1>
As a result of the operation at a gym it became possible to capture the very wanted person declared in international search, citizens: Shkelqim Kastrati, 23, born in Germany and resident in Tirana.
This citizen was declared on the run by Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany, after the Willingen Court of Schengen, dated 15.12.2017, has appointed the security measure “prison arrest” for criminal work “Murder by will”, envisioned by the German Criminal Code. The maximum sentence of 15 years.
