Jasharaj doesn't stop: If Appeal decides to compensate hours, we send the case to Brussels

The chairman of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Culture of the Republic of Kosovo, Nundman Jashari, has stated that if their complaint at the Court of Appeals is not taken into account, they will also submit the matter to Brussels, because this is the first case in the world requiring the compensation of hours [...]
“If the Court of Appeals decides against our complaint, we will go to all scales of justice in Kosovo, we will not even rule out the opportunity to send the subject to Brussels, where the Union Union Center of Unions of Europe is, and seek support from them. This is the first case in the world when those taking part in the strike are charged with both judicial acts and courts to replace lost hours on strike, thus losing the total value of it” Jashar told Express.
Jashar also added that the decision by the Pristina Foundation Court has ruled on the basis of documents that are not valid, and are even of the time of UNMIK.
“We're complaining, because we're considering that the Constitutional Court in Pristina is not based on what we have insisted on, and no law in the world, nor the law on strikes, is obliged to compensate for lost hours... and is even imposed on documents that are not valid, which are even part of UNMIK times” said Jashar.
He also said that the strike has not been political, and has not been done for anyone's sake.
“The SSASKU is all of us, maybe politics itself is trying to hit the USSHKU and the strike... but we're trying our right” he added. We're not making this resistance to either the prime minister or his hat or Vessel's hat or Minister Bytyqi.
Jashar said the matter of hours is now closed to them, and the SBASK will operate on the SBASKCI Steering Council, which is that they will not compensate for lost hours.
Last week, Pristina's Constitutional Court rejected the SBASK's indictment, against the Education, Science and Technology Ministry's decision to compensate for lost hours.
