Two men fought on the border, arrested

Two people have been arrested at the border crossing point -- Alec's Hanini of Elesi -- after having attacked two Albanian victims, foreign citizens, by strong means. One of the detainees was Kosovo, while the other Albanian foreign nationals. The victims have suffered minor bodily injuries, while the prosecutor's ruling suspects have been sent to maintenance.
