The family stories of Ferizaj: When the man threw the woman out of the window, she broke her ribs

Eight years ago, B.A. from Ferizaj's Komoglave, and K.A. from Smira of the Year, had begun living together. Since that time both of them had brought to life two children, but that life together went to those years with many problems.

Several times, the 29-year-old woman warned her husband, 34-year-old in the police under the pretext that the latter had committed violence against her.

The court had even long since ruled that the B.A. stood 50m from its wife, but that the decision had been broken by the K.A., who had moved back to live with the 34-year-old family, where the two children were.

The situation between the couple passed on the sixth of this month. In a confession, S. A, the suspect's father, says he cannot speak a lot of words without getting the expertise to determine where the boy had been when the case had happened. According to him, the boy had been in the lobby when, as he put it, the bride was thrown out of the first floor.

The S.A. is saying that she had visited her bride the day before, but she did not want to see her. According to him, even the legal organs on this subject are not speaking real words.

His son, suspected of the work, will remain in custody until it is decided about the extent to be given. The family say that until this is settled, the children will be in their care.

Lawyer Xhavit Topalli contacted by Express is saying that for the measure assigned to his client, he has complained to the Court of Appeals.

He is adding that the defendant does not accept in any case that he has exercised violence against his wife.

According to the defendant's statement, he does not accept any case that has violated him. According to him, he's saying she hasn't even been there. She's got a hat from the ground floor. The boy has said that for the sake of two children he has endured everything for years and years. They've had some disagreements earlier --”, the lawyer says.

The lawyer is saying that his client had been at the market (according to the statement given to the prosecutor), the time the incident occurred until the B.A. father stated otherwise, saying the boy had been in the lobby.

Topalli also says he learned from his client, who the bride had had been having constant problems with her mother-in-law.

It has been nine days since K.A., 29, is being treated at Gjilan Hospital. She was sent there with serious injuries after falling from the first floor of the house, allegedly being thrown by her husband.

Right now, K.A. is standing in the Orthopedic ward, until after a few days of treatment, her condition is stable.

From the Regional Hospital of Gjilan, they have claimed that 29-year-olds have four spinal cord rings.

“has four crack rings, continuing treatment at the hospital. Her condition is currently stable”, they say from the hospital.

The chief prosecutor at Ferizaj, Shukri Jashari, has confirmed that B.A. has been questioned, under suspicion that he has thrown his wife, K.A. from the first floor.

He is saying that until now all investigations on the subject have not yet been completed, until next week, he adds that the indictment is expected to be filed.

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the Ra's Department of Crime, meanwhile, has on May 8th assigned B.A. the detention measure, due to the suspicion that it committed the serious murder in the attempted criminal work.
