Donald Trumpi has been warned by the most influential economic think tanks in the West that the previous transition to trade war between the United States and China would greatly damage the American economy, just as the rest of the world.
Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development [ O The ECD, based in Paris, said intensifying the crash between Washington and Beijing would tremendously hit the global GDP level at 0.7%.
Under such a scenario, the worldwide economy's impact on high tariffs would reach 600 billion dollars.
O The ECD says that both the United States and China will lose much of their imposed fees.
According to this organisation, global GDP growth will slow this year to 3.2 percent from 3.5 percent in 2018. /Periscope
