Kosovo's investigator is failing to clear the circumstances of these patients' deaths. Gas samples have already been sent to Germany. But when they will return to Kosovo nobody knows.
Three people operating in September 2017 had died in KKUK's operating halls. The reasons leading up to the deaths of these people remain unclear. Although nearly two years have passed since these deaths occurred, Kosovo investigative bodies have been unable to shed light on the case.
The state prosecution is declaring that the case is under investigation as well as that there should be expertise abroad for the job.
Analysis of the oxidul gas which was used during the operation was sent to Germany a month ago by the prosecution. They are expected to soon return to Kosovo.
So confirmed Wednesday for the newspaperexpress, chief prosecutor at Pristina Foundation Prosecutor Ymer Beka. He says that during the coming weeks, this expertise will return to Kosovo with results.
