Mikhail Krasnoschekov was arrested Tuesday by Kosovo Police under suspicion that he helped Serbs be re-traded in the north not to allow police officials suspected of helping smuggle.

On the other side, U n NMIC has said Krasnoschekov is receiving medical treatment in Kosovo without specifying where.
Russia has also said it expects the United Nations to take steps after Kosovo's action towards Kranoschekov.
