According to him, there are individual but not general successes. For that, he said, greater commitment is needed to improve the education system.
These statements, the minister said during the ceremony to share the certificates of success and medals for the most successful math contest, “Cangaro 2019” that has been held in Kosovo.
Besides identifying success and talent. They have identified and in the highest percentage, we have a lower percentage of math recognition in our schools. So we don't achieve total success. We have a distinct individual success, but not the success we should have in our schools. This makes us more committed to improving the educational system”, Minister Bytyqi said.
Meanwhile, Institute of Atom director Jusuf Thaci said that through this race they are trying to promote the value of mathematics in Kosovo in order to identify the talents in this area. Authorised representative for the Cangoroo mathematics race in Kosovo Valmir Krasniqi said that by means of this race they are aiming to boost a greater awareness in the society of mathematics.
Finally, all students who have won are given certificates and medals of success.
