Blocked by the Valcin municipality, 6m euros are required

According to him, with that decision the municipality of Ulcinj will be blocked by 10 to 11 months, as much predicted will last “violent payment”.

“Employees in the municipality, 6 companies whose founder is municipalities, suppliers, and what is most important to the whole process and the work of local self-government would be blocked. This is also a decision, which the citizens of Ulcinj will treat as a decision to harm them, even outside our municipality”, he said.

Nimanbegu has invited Ulqi's Government and municipality to choose this challenge together and to the government's next meeting to review and find the solution to the removal of the Ulcinj municipality block, “not with the prolonging of completion for a specified time, but with a long-term choice, whether with the full debt taken on themselves on the part of Montenegro, or with the finding election for the long-term compensation of the much in the trial case”

According to the deputy chairman of Montenegro's Parliament, the move is alarming for the Government and the Ministry of Justice, but other judicial institutions to sit down and analyse this problem so that they can find legal elections with which local and state institutions will be protected from such cases as citizens of all our municipalities, so that vital issues cannot be jeopardised.
