During the hearing, the judge said that the young Albanian state-owned American person poses high risk should he be allowed to return to his mother's apartment in the Bronx.
All I need to see are the statements you made, which warn me not to release”, He said. Meanwhile, Alkat's defence attorney said there is no indication that the Alkat has hurt anyone and that there is no criminal record in the past about the charges against him.
The 21-year-old Albanian was arrested by FBI agents on April 3rd in Bozeman. He has been on guard against them since 2017. According to the investigation, the young man told an informant in January of this year that he planned to join I SIS in Syria. Meanwhile, during a conversation on social networks, he has indicated he would conduct a terrorist attack on American soil.
I'll stay on them while I drill them with holes”, He's taught to write to undercover Alasta agent.
The Albanian quoted the judge read this during the verdict. But that is not all. A charge of illegal weapons while using marijuana has also been filed over the Alter. The young man has denied all charges.
How the FBI fell in Fabjan Alkat's footsteps
The FBI Special Agent Ingrid Nelson has witnessed his case before the court. She said that the Federal Investment Bureau launched investigations into the Al-Determination in 2017 and closed them that same year. In May 2018 they reopened the investigation after the young Albanian began to like and distribute I video SIS on Facebook.
Furthermore, the agent has indicated that the Al-Qascent had been held under constant surveillance since March 14th of this year, when the Albanian had left on a bus to Bozeman. She couldn't tell why the young man had moved in.
When she had gone to Bozeman, Alkam had been in a hotel for a while after being kicked off by the staff. He got caught smoking marijuana in the room. Next, the young man moved to a goryl. But even there, trouble for the young man wasn't over. He was taken to the hospital for overdrinking. There the police confiscated another rifle.
After leaving the hospital, Alkay agreed to be interrogated by the FBI. He denied he wanted to fight for I SIS, killing American citizens, fighting the U.S. military and having any contact with anyone across the ocean.
The young man was released after giving agents permission to download all the contents on his mobile phone. Even after the arrest, The FBI kept it under surveillance. Nelson said he continued to deal with marijuana and went into custody for this cause.
The Altarya court hearing is scheduled on June 24th. Until then, he will remain in Missouri prison.
